You received a tracking number when your shipping confirmation was emailed to you. This number can be used to track your package. If it does not arrive by the indicated date, please contact us.
We are happy to offer FREE shipping with all box subscriptions.
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If you need to cancel your subscription, please do so before your automatic renewal date, which is the 15th of the month prior to boxes shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on boxes that have already shipped. In the event that items are damaged in transit, we’ll replace them free of charge to the customer.
